　　鍋爐給水泵小流量調節閥是一種串級式結構，用于開關兩位式動作，流體通過曲折通道，目的是消耗流體能量，降低流速，防止液體空化。

　　主要特點：

　　※ 流體逐級降壓，流體方向不斷改變，增加流動阻力，防止流體在高壓差時產生空化。

　　※ 閥芯五級節流，閥座密封面下側設置一個節流元件，以改善流體流動狀態，流速可控制在30m/s左右。

　　※ 節流面與密封面分開，閥芯、閥芯套和節流件表面經滲氮硬化處理，硬度達到HRC70左右，關閉嚴密，壽命長。

　　※ 閥芯表面開有大缺口，即使流體含有2～3mm焊渣等固體顆粒，閥芯也不會卡死，動作靈活。
