　　采用、吸收并改進了國際上的氣動隔膜泵生產工藝及技術。本產品系專項為煤礦設計，具有傳統(tǒng)潛水電泵、泥漿泵、雜質泵，軟軸泵的一切功能，是傳統(tǒng)礦用水泵的一次革命。關鍵是解決了傳統(tǒng)水泵的安全問題。產品在低氣壓下都可以提供很高的輸送速度，而且與范圍廣泛的材料相容。本水泵擁有抗失速設計，模塊化氣動馬達/流體部分。氣動隔膜泵利用氣室中的壓力差在液體中交替產生吸入液體壓力和正液體壓力，控制閥門開關可確保液體的正向流動。通氣后，泵開始運行，并連續(xù)工作以保證所需壓力保持不變。泵將增加并保持輸送管壓力，而且在達到輸送管壓力（或分配閥關閉）時，將停止工作，并且在需要時，恢復泵送。

　　礦用氣動隔膜泵共有四個腔體，分左右二個儲氣室、左右二個儲液室，當左邊儲氣室進入壓縮空氣時，右邊儲液室隔膜向左移動，使儲液室體積增加，形成負壓，在大氣壓的作用下將液體壓入儲液室。當右邊儲氣室進入壓縮空氣時，右邊儲液室隔膜向右移動，使儲液室體積減少，壓力增加，同時自動控制一對閥門的開、關，使水流出，一對控制閥門開關可確保液體的正向流動。通氣后，泵開始運行，并連續(xù)工作以保證所需壓力保持不變。泵將增加并保持輸送管壓力，而且在達到輸送壓管壓力（或分配閥關閉）時，將停止工作，并且在需要時，恢復泵送。
