　　高溫隔斷球閥閥體的出口法蘭采用對稱式分布，提高了閥體在高溫環(huán)境下變形的均勻性，從而提高了閥門在高溫環(huán)境下的密封性能，有效減少了吹掃蒸汽的消耗量。

　　采用鎳基高合金材料的波紋管結(jié)構(gòu)為彈性件，可實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向自動補(bǔ)償，消除由于溫度變化引起的內(nèi)漏或卡澀，有效防止球體在高溫下鎖死。

　　可實(shí)現(xiàn)快速啟閉。快速啟閉閥門時(shí)，操作無沖擊。

　　具有較低的流阻，在較大壓力和溫度范圍內(nèi)，能實(shí)現(xiàn)密封。

　　球體可在邊界位置上自動定位，不產(chǎn)生偏轉(zhuǎn)，且工作介質(zhì)在單面上密封可靠。可在線更換閥門執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)部分。

　　在全開和全關(guān)時(shí)，球體與閥座的密封面與介質(zhì)隔離，因此高速通過的含有固體顆粒或有腐蝕性的介質(zhì)不會引起密封面的侵蝕。

　　球體表面除硬質(zhì)合金層外還進(jìn)行了鍍硬鉻處理，使球體具備較高的耐腐蝕和耐沖蝕性能。
