　　高溫離心風(fēng)機裝置故障的原因有工藝操作的因素，如窯尾廢氣溫度控制不好導(dǎo)致含塵量多，造成葉片變形、磨損嚴重等;也有設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)混凝土施工質(zhì)量不好，或安裝時候沒有嚴格按照要求實施，從而留下了故障隱患。減少高溫風(fēng)機的故障率，并利用停窯檢修時間段,加強對高溫風(fēng)機的及時維護，對提高風(fēng)機的運行率及使用壽命至關(guān)重要。

　　高溫離心風(fēng)機具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、風(fēng)量大、噪聲低、性能平穩(wěn)可靠等優(yōu)點。一般用于輸送空氣和其它無腐蝕性的、不易燃不易爆的、對人體無害的氣體。氣體內(nèi)無粘性物質(zhì)，所含塵土及硬質(zhì)顆粒物不大于150mg/m3，溫度不超過80℃。適用于一般各類大型工廠和建筑物的通風(fēng)換氣。

　　高溫離心風(fēng)機，用于輸送有腐蝕性的氣體，可用玻璃鋼或鋼板滾塑、不銹鋼等材料制作；用于輸送易燃易爆的氣體，電機配用隔爆型電機，鑄鋁葉輪或非金屬材料制成；用于輸送有腐蝕性且易燃易爆的氣體。

　　3.進風(fēng):口制成收斂式流線形的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，用螺栓與前蓋板組固定。
