環保離心風機裝置結構
傳動方式為A式的風機主要有葉輪、機殼、進風口等部分配直聯電機組成，傳動方式為C、D式風機主要由葉輪、機殼、進風口、傳動組等組成。
（1）葉輪：由后傾扭曲式葉片、曲線型前盤和平板后盤組成，均用鋼板制成，并經靜、動平衡校驗，運行平穩， 具有效率高、運行平穩、噪聲低等優點。
（2）機殼：采用鋼板焊接而成，可制成兩種型式，12.5#以下制成整體式，14#以上可沿中分面制成上下哈夫式結構，用螺栓連接，以供高度受拆裝方便，具有外形美觀、拆卸方便、結構牢固等優點。
（3）進風口：采用收斂式流線型整體結構，用焊接固定在風機入口側，具有重量輕、振動小、效率高、外形美觀等優點。
（4）傳動組：由主軸、滾動軸承、帶輪或聯軸器等組成。主軸由45#碳鋼精密加工而成；采用調心球軸承或滾子軸承，均用軸承潤滑脂潤滑。
應用場所：一般與工業油霧凈化設備、廢氣處理設備、煙塵治理設備和粉塵處理設備等系統配套使用，廣泛應用于工礦企業、五金加工、涂裝行業、橡膠化工、醫藥等場合的通風。
一般環保離心風機裝置一般可作為工廠機大型建筑物的室內通風換氣用，輸送空氣和其他不自然氣體、對人體無傷害等的氣體。氣體內不能有黏性物質，所含塵土及硬質顆粒物不大于150mg/m3，氣體溫度不超過80℃，離心風機常用的傳動形式有A、C、D式。
