Working principle

SWP8000 series distributor is a small card type instrument, the main function is two line transmitter through DC converter to provide power for on-site installation of an isolated, at the same time to transfer two wire transmitter 4 ~ 20mA DC signal is converted to the isolation of 1 ~ 5VDC/4 ~ 20mA DC signal. Use and maintenance

1, the output signal of the factory is 4 ~ 20mADC, such as 1~5VDC users, can open the box, the small toggle switch (K1, K2, K3, K4 connect disconnect) can. Small switch (K1, K3, K2, K4) is 4~20mADC.

2, before use to check the instrument, that is normal, can be put into application, pay attention to the output of 1 ~ 5VDC resistance ≥ 250KΩ, 4 ~ 20mADC for 250~750&Omega resistance;

3, the table in normal application, no special maintenance work, just check regularly.

4, when the instrument is not working properly, to instrument maintenance. Maintenance only check: power supply voltage is 24VDC, the distribution voltage is 18.5~28.5VDC, the output of 4~20mADC and 1~5VDC conversion switch is equal. Otherwise, please return the factory repair.
