NLS-127 Upper Limit Switch
The Upper Limit Switch, also known as the limit switch, is used to control the travel and limit protection of mechanical equipment. In actual production, the upper limit switch is installed in a pre-arranged position, and when the module installed on the moving parts of the production machinery hits the travel switch, the contact of the upper limit switch acts to realize the circuit switching. Therefore, the stroke switch is an electrical appliance that switches the circuit according to the stroke position of the moving parts, and its principle of action is similar to that of a button. The stroke switch is widely used in all kinds of machine tools and lifting machinery to control its stroke and protect the terminal limit. In the control circuit of the elevator, the travel switch is also used to control the speed of the car door, the limit of the automatic opening and closing, and the protection of the upper and lower limits of the car.
According to its structure, the travel switch can be divided into direct-acting type, roller type, micro-moving type and combined type:
(1) The structural principle of the direct-acting travel switch is shown in Figure 1, and its action principle is the same as that of the button switch, but the closing speed of the contact depends on the running speed of the production machinery, and should not be used in places where the speed is less than 0.4m/min.

(2) The structural principle of the roller travel switch, when the ram block on the controlled machinery hits the ram with the roller, the ram turns to the right, drives the CAM to rotate, and pushes the rod under the top to make the contacts in the microswitch move quickly. When the moving machine returns, under the action of the reset spring, each part of the moving parts are reset.

The roller travel switch is divided into a single roller automatic reset and a double roller (Angle type) non-automatic reset, the double roller row shift switch has two steady state positions, has a "memory" effect, and can simplify the line in some cases.
