Operate

1, before the use of the instrument is generally adjusted in the “0” position, if not “0” position should be adjusted on the parallel plate of the instrument “0”, when “0”, rotate the two differentiators, so that the bottom end of the scraper and the bottom of the two sides of the plate in the same plane.At this point, the reading of the differentiator should be the same, and the “0” scale on the top of the differentiator should be aligned with the scale line on the bottom.

2. Rotate the differentiator and adjust the scraper to the required clearance, that is, the required coating thickness.Then hold both sides of the plate by hａnd on the sample for scraping and coating, preparation of the required coating.
3. After use, wash and dry the instrument with solvent.

Adjust the scraper so that the spring is in a relaxed state to reduce spring fatigue.Put the instrument in the packing box.
