YI、TCSL-30型低溫脆性試驗(yàn)儀產(chǎn)品概述：
TCSL-30型橡膠、塑料（定制）低溫脆性試驗(yàn)儀是測定材料在規(guī)定條件下試樣受沖擊出現(xiàn)破壞時(shí)的溫度，即為脆性溫度，可以對塑料及其他彈性材料在低溫條件下的使用性能作比較性鑒定。可以測定不同橡膠材料或不同配方的硫化橡膠的脆性溫度和低溫性能的優(yōu)劣。因此無論在科學(xué)研究材料及其他制品的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)，生產(chǎn)過程的控制等方面均是的。本儀器是依據(jù)GB1682、JTGE50標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)的，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合GB/T 15256硫化橡膠或熱塑性橡膠低溫脆性的測定（多試樣法）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。

1、試驗(yàn)溫度及時(shí)間：-70℃降溫時(shí)間短，無需水冷卻，更環(huán)保。
2、沖擊速度：2m/s±0.2m/s
3、恒溫后，試驗(yàn)3min時(shí)間內(nèi)溫度波動：＜±0.5℃波動小，控溫更準(zhǔn)確。
4、沖擊頭半徑為1.6mm±0.1mm
5、在沖擊時(shí)沖擊頭和試樣夾持器的間隙為6.4mm±0.3mm
6、沖擊頭的沖擊和試樣夾持器直間的距離為8mm±0.3mm
7、功率：800W，功率更小，達(dá)到溫度后壓縮機(jī)還有自動停機(jī)，更環(huán)保節(jié)能。
8、容積：3500ml容積更大，測試范圍更廣。
