進(jìn)口雙吸雙螺桿泵泵體內(nèi)的從動(dòng)螺桿、主動(dòng)螺桿中心兩側(cè)的螺旋部分均為對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu),兩對(duì)嚙合的螺桿旋向相反;泵體與主動(dòng)螺桿、從動(dòng)螺桿相配合的內(nèi)表面有銅鍍層,在主動(dòng)螺桿前端臺(tái)階處套有一個(gè)滾動(dòng)軸承,滾動(dòng)軸承的內(nèi)圈一端緊貼在主動(dòng)螺桿的臺(tái)階上、進(jìn)口雙吸雙螺桿泵另一端用鎖緊螺母擰緊定位在主動(dòng)螺桿上,滾動(dòng)軸承的外圈一端緊貼前軸承座的臺(tái)階上,另一端用通蓋壓緊定位在前軸承座上,實(shí)現(xiàn)主動(dòng)螺桿的軸向定位;泵體前端通過前軸承座固接;泵體后端通過后封板固接。本發(fā)明只采用一個(gè)滾動(dòng)軸承,起到輔助支撐的作用,銅鍍層作為滑動(dòng)軸承起到支撐兩根螺桿的作用。極大地降低了材料成本和加工成本,減小了裝配難度。

進(jìn)口雙吸雙螺桿泵從動(dòng)螺桿、主動(dòng)螺桿均采用大導(dǎo)程螺旋,實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,進(jìn)口雙吸雙螺桿泵可根據(jù)泵的不同型號(hào),選擇從動(dòng)螺桿、主動(dòng)螺桿的螺距大于螺桿直徑的2倍或2倍以上。并且螺桿型面采用螺桿磨床精磨, 這樣兩螺桿之間可以直接通過螺桿齒形接觸式嚙合過程中來傳遞扭矩, 可不需要傳統(tǒng)的齒輪組來傳遞扭矩。參見圖1和圖3, 主動(dòng)螺桿、 從動(dòng)螺桿上的兩處螺旋部分均對(duì)稱加工, 兩對(duì)嚙合的螺桿旋向相反, 在傳遞扭矩過程中, 沿螺桿軸向產(chǎn)生的分力大小相等、方向相反, 實(shí)現(xiàn)同一螺桿軸上的兩個(gè)力自我平衡抵消, 即兩螺桿在軸向不受力, 因此不需要對(duì)從動(dòng)螺桿進(jìn)行專門的軸向定位。
