進口管道泵產品描述:
進口管道泵泵體結構,泵體由進口管體和泵體主體連接構成;進口管體上設有貫通的進水流道,進水流道的兩端分別為進水進口和進水出口,進水出口所在水平面低于進水進口軸線所在水平面;泵體主體內設有壓水室和與壓水室相連通的出水流道,壓水室上下貫通,壓水室的下端通過螺栓與進口管體的進水出口連接緊固,出水流道的一端連接于壓水室的側面,出水流道的另一端為出水出口,出水出口的朝向沿水平方向設置且與進水進口在同一水平線上。將原先的單個泵體結構分為兩個簡單的結構零件,鑄造方便。
進口管道泵特點:
泵體、葉輪、泵蓋、'電機。泵體由吸入室和壓水室鑄造成整體,泵體結構剖面圖如圖和圖所示:介質從泵體進口A流入水泵,經過進水流道到達進水流道與壓水室的連接處B,然后進入葉輪運轉后流至壓水室C,從泵體出口D流到外部管道。作為管道泵的特點,泵體進口A和泵體出口B在同一條水平線上,因此進水流道和壓水室C、泵體出口D鑄造為一個整體,零件結構復雜;
進口管道泵原理:
泵體由進口管體和泵體主體連接構成。進口管道泵進口管體上設有貫通的進水流道,進水流道的兩端分別為進水進口和進水出口,進水進口的朝向沿水平方向設置,進水出口的朝向沿豎直向上設置,進水出口所在水平面低于進水進口軸線所在水平面,進水流道的走向為:先沿進水進口水平走向,再彎曲地往斜下方,彎曲地沿進水出口豎直向上。泵體主體內設有壓水室和與壓水室相連通的出水流道,壓水室上下貫通,壓水室的上端用于連接泵蓋,壓水室的下端通過螺栓與進口管體的進水出口連接緊固,出水流道的一端為出水進口且出水進口連接于壓水室的側面,出水流道的另一端為出水出口,出水出口的朝向沿水平方向設置且與進水進口101在同一水平線上
