　　進口無泄漏石油化工流程多級磁力泵是我公司根據HG/T 2730-2012.API685-2000自行研發設計臥式徑向剖分，外殼為筒形結構，內殼為節段式結構全密封、無泄漏、無污染的流量小、揚程高、體積小新型工業用泵；

　　2.泵體、內轉子、泵蓋、葉輪、隔離套和泵軸等過流部件材質可采用304、316、316L、904、TA2、HC276等材質精密鑄造成型；

　　3.隔離套是采用TC4、HC276等材質及低漩渦隔套設計，，在降低渦流方面效果十分明顯，消除所有多余的熱量而減少了能耗；

　　4.本系列泵采用對稱式徑向剖分節段式結構,兩端葉輪采用軸向對稱式分布,中間采用聯接管進行過渡,程度平衡了軸向力,另外每級的吸入 蝸室也成對稱分布來平衡軸向力,保證了泵在高速、重負荷下安全運行。

　　5.在兩端滑動軸承及止推軸承處采用特殊的介質循環流道設計,流道是從高壓的出口處引到次吸入段處的葉輪進口(引入哪級葉輪進口需要根據工況條件及具體結構進行計算和設計)這樣軸承的使用壽命,又能夠平衡殘余軸向力,并提高了泵的抗氣蝕能力。

　　6.根據介質溫度選用底腳支承(基本型)和中心支承(高溫型)。

　　性能范圍：設計壓力：2.5-10.0Mpa、流量:3-85m3/h、揚程：75-600m、功率：7.5-315kw；

　　適用溫度：-20～300℃；
