蜂窩陽光板

蜂窩陽光板主要由PC料制作,內部結構如蜂窩形狀，因此稱作蜂窩陽光板。這種陽光板相對于矩形陽光板，強度較高些，厚度一般在10-20mm厚度。

蜂窩陽光板用途:

園林、游藝場所及休息場所的廊亭；商業(yè)建筑的內外裝飾、現(xiàn)代城市樓房的幕墻；透明集裝箱、摩托車前風擋、飛機、火車、輪船、汽車、汽艇；電話亭、路牌、燈箱、展示展覽的布置；儀器、儀表、高低壓開關柜面板等；

壁、頂、屏風等室內裝飾材料；高速公路及城市高架路隔音屏障；農業(yè)溫室及養(yǎng)殖大棚；溫室大棚；單位或小區(qū)內自行車棚、陽臺遮陽雨棚及屋頂休息亭棚；辦公樓、百貨大樓、賓館、體育場館、娛樂及公用設施的采光頂棚等

蜂窩陽光板螺絲安裝法：

（1）螺絲間距，可依板厚，作適當?shù)呐渲茫g距太小及太大均不好。如間距太小，有時會因太緊而引發(fā)應力，造成破壞；如間距太大，又可使PC板固定不穩(wěn)。為此建議采用下間距：

A：板厚3.0mm以下，間距為10~20cm

B：板厚3.0mm以下，間距為20~30cm

C：若以壓條固定時，間距為20~30cm

注：如用自攻螺絲直接固定PC板，則螺絲間距越大，板材越不易因應力而損壞。

（2）螺絲孔的尺寸須考慮PC板夏冬季節(jié)及書夜熱脹冷縮的不同。一般而言，螺絲孔徑應比螺絲起碼徑大2~4mm，以預留膨脹空間

（3）螺絲孔的位置離PC板的邊緣太近時，非常容易造成破板，一般而言，螺絲孔的位置離PC板邊緣為螺絲孔直徑的2.5倍以上。例如直徑4mm的螺絲，則螺絲孔的位置至少離PC板邊緣要有1cm以上.

（4）螺絲切勿鎖的太緊，否則產生變形，并引應力。

（5）鎖在PC析上的螺絲不要選用自攻螺絲，否則產生應力，并且該應力隨板材厚度變化。

（6）為減小螺絲以材的直接壓力，可用墊圈充墊其間，但PVC墊圈及某些橡膠圈會破壞PC板，不可使用。建議使用墊圈的材質為三元乙丙像膠，硅橡膠及*丁橡膠

Honeycomb solar panel

The honeycomb solar panel is mainly made of PC material, and its internal structure is like honeycomb shape, so it is called honeycomb solar panel. Compared with the rectangular sunlight plate, this kind of sunlight plate has higher strength and is generally 10-20mm thick.

Purpose of honeycomb solar panel:

Screw installation method of honeycomb solar panel:

(1) The screw spacing can be properly configured according to the plate thickness. Too small or too large spacing is not good. If the spacing is too small, sometimes it will cause stress and damage due to too tight; If the spacing is too large, the PC board may be unstable. The following spacing is recommended for this purpose:

A: The plate thickness is less than 3.0mm, and the spacing is 10~20cm

B: The plate thickness is less than 3.0mm, and the spacing is 20~30cm

C: If fixed with battens, the spacing shall be 20~30cm

Note: if the PC board is directly fixed with self tapping screws, the larger the screw spacing, the less likely the board will be damaged due to stress.

(2) The size of screw hole shall take into account the difference between PC board in summer and winter and Book night heat expansion and cold contraction. Generally speaking, the hole diameter of the screw shall be 2~4mm larger than the minimum diameter of the screw to reserve expansion space

(3) When the position of the screw hole is too close to the edge of the PC board, it is very easy to break the board. Generally speaking, the position of the screw hole from the edge of the PC board is more than 2.5 times the diameter of the screw hole. For example, for a screw with a diameter of 4mm, the position of the screw hole shall be at least 1cm away from the edge of the PC board

(4) Do not lock the screw too tightly, otherwise it will deform and cause stress.

(5) Do not select self tapping screws for the screws locked on the PC, otherwise stress will be generated, and the stress will change with the thickness of the plate.

(6) In order to reduce the direct pressure of screws, washers can be used to pad them. However, PVC washers and some rubber rings will damage the PC board and cannot be used. It is recommended that the gasket be made of ethylene propylene diene rubber, silicone rubber and polybutadiene rubber
