PC陽光板主要由PC料制作，陽光板普遍用于各種建筑采光屋頂和室內(nèi)裝飾裝修；火車站和等待廳及過街天橋、通道頂棚；汽車站、輪渡碼頭等公共服務(wù)設(shè)施的頂蓋和裝潢園林；天窗、地窖、拱形屋頂及商場頂棚；旅游、游藝場合裝潢及休息廊廳；透光隔熱及隔音屏障路牌、燈箱及展現(xiàn)展覽部署；內(nèi)裝修板。
PC陽光板的特點(diǎn)：
1.透光：適光率高達(dá)88％左右
2.節(jié)能：傳熱系數(shù)（K值）低、隔熱性較好，節(jié)能是相同厚度玻璃的1.5－1.7倍左右。
3.質(zhì)輕：質(zhì)量是相同厚度玻璃的 1/2左右。
4.冷彎：可冷彎，彎曲半徑為其板厚的175倍以上（耐力板）。
5.使用溫度范圍寬：在－4O到120左右范圍內(nèi)物理性能穩(wěn)定。
6.耐侯：人工氣候老化試驗(yàn)4000小時(shí)，黃變度為2，透光率降低值約0.6％。
7.耐燃：經(jīng)國家防火建筑材料質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢測，陽光板和耐力板燃燒性能達(dá)到難燃B1級(jí)。
8.防凝：一面可作抗冷凝處理，防止冷凝水滴落。
9.UV層：板面加有UV防紫*線涂層，延長板材壽命。
10.隔音：聚碳酸酯板材具有較良好的隔音性能，能降低噪音。
11.抗沖擊：沖擊強(qiáng)度是普通玻璃的300倍左右、是亞克力板的30倍左右、鋼化玻璃的2倍左右。
