阻燃PC陽光板：本系列產品表面光澤度較好，耐熱性較好，能自熄，阻燃：標準GB50222—95確認，PC陽光板為難燃B1級。PC板自身燃點是580℃左右，離火后自熄，燃燒時不會產生有*氣體，不會助長火勢的蔓延。廣泛用于電子元器件、電器外殼、開關面板、接線盒及充電器外殼，汽車儀器儀表及有阻燃要求的面板印刷等。

陽光板產品特性:
（1）透光性：P C陽光板透光率高可達百分之85左右，可與玻璃相妣美。UV涂層板在太陽光下爆曬不易產生黃變，霧化，透光不佳，透光流失約為百分之10左右，PVC流失率則達百分之15—百分之20左右，玻璃纖維約為百分之12-百分之20左右。
（2）抗撞擊：撞擊強度是普通玻璃的250-300倍左右，同等厚度亞克力板的30倍左右，是鋼化玻璃的2-20倍左右，有“不碎玻璃”和“響鋼”的美稱。
（3）防紫·外線：PC板一面共擠有抗紫·外線（UV）涂層，另一面有抗冷凝處理，集抗紫·外線，隔熱防霧滴功能于一身?？勺钃踝?線穿過，及適合保護貴重藝術品及展品，使其不受紫*線破壞。
（4）重量輕：比重約為玻璃的一半，節省運輸、搬卸、安裝以及支撐框架的成本。
（5）阻燃：標準GB50222—95確認，P C陽光板為難燃，即B1級。PC板自身燃點是580℃左右，離火后自熄，燃燒時不會產生有*氣體，不會助長火勢的蔓延。
（6）可彎曲性：可依設計圖在工地現場采用冷彎方式，安裝成拱形，半圓形頂和窗。彎曲半徑為采用板厚度的175倍左右，亦可熱彎。
（7）隔音性：P C陽光板隔音效果較明顯，比同等厚度的玻璃和亞加力板較有音響絕緣性，在厚度相同的條件下，P C陽光板的隔聲量比玻璃提高5—9DB左右。是高速公路隔音屏障的選擇材料。
（8）節能性：夏天涼，冬天保溫，P C陽光板有更低于普通玻璃和其它塑料的熱導率（K值），隔熱效果比同等玻璃高百分之7-百分之25左右，P C陽光板的隔熱高至百分之49左右。從而使熱量損失大大降低，用于有暖設備的建筑。
（9）溫度適應性：PC板在-40℃時不易發生冷脆，在125℃時不變型，在惡劣的環境中其力學，機械性能等均無明顯變化。
（10）耐候性： P C陽光板可以在－40℃至120℃左右范圍保持各項物理指標的穩定性。人工氣候老化試驗4000小時，黃變度為2，透光率降低值約百分之0.6。
（11）防結露： 室外溫度為0℃，室內溫度為23℃，室內相對濕度低于百分之80左右，材料的內表面不結露。露水會延著板材的表面流走，不會滴落。

Solar panel product features:
(1) Light transmittance: the light transmittance of PC sunlight plate can reach about 85%, which can be beautiful with glass. UV coated panels are not easy to produce yellowing, atomization and poor light transmission when exposed to the sun. After ten years, the light transmission loss is about 10%, the PVC loss rate is about 15-20%, and the glass fiber is about 12-20%.
(2) Impact resistance: the impact strength is about 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, about 30 times that of acrylic plate with the same thickness, and about 2-20 times that of tempered glass. It has the reputation of "unbreakable glass" and "sound steel".
(3) Anti ultraviolet and external line: one side of PC board is coextruded with anti ultraviolet and external line (UV) coating, and the other side is treated with anti condensation, which integrates the functions of anti ultraviolet and external line, heat insulation and fog drop prevention. It can prevent the purple line from passing through, and is suitable for protecting valuable works of art and exhibits from being damaged by the purple line.
(4) Light weight: the proportion is about half of that of glass, saving the cost of transportation, removal, installation and support frame.
(5) Flame retardant: it is confirmed in the standard gb50222-95 that P C solar panels are flame retardant, i.e. Class B1. The ignition point of PC board is about 580 ℃, and it will self extinguish after leaving the fire. No * gas will be generated during combustion, which will not contribute to the spread of the fire.
(6) Bendability: the cold bending method can be adopted on the construction site according to the design drawing, and the arch, semi-circular roof and window can be installed. The bending radius is about 175 times of the thickness of the plate, and it can also be hot bent.
(7) Sound insulation: the sound insulation effect of PC solar panel is obvious, and it has sound insulation compared with glass and subassemblies of the same thickness. Under the condition of the same thickness, the sound insulation loss of PC solar panel is about 5-9db higher than that of glass. It is the material of choice for highway noise barrier.
(8) Energy saving: it is cool in summer and insulated in winter. The thermal conductivity (k value) of PC solar panel is lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics. The thermal insulation effect is about 7-25% higher than that of the same glass, and the thermal insulation of PC solar panel is about 49%. Thus, the heat loss is greatly reduced, which is used in buildings with heating equipment.
(9) Temperature adaptability: PC board is not prone to cold embrittlement at -40 ℃ and does not change at 125 ℃. Its mechanical and mechanical properties do not change significantly in harsh environment.
(10) Weather resistance: the PC solar panel can maintain the stability of various physical indexes in the range of - 40 ℃ to 120 ℃. After 4000 hours of artificial climate aging test, the yellowing degree is 2, and the reduction value of light transmittance is about 0.6%.
(11) Anti condensation: the outdoor temperature is 0 ℃, the indoor temperature is 23 ℃, the indoor relative humidity is less than 80%, and the inner surface of the material is free of condensation. Dew will flow away along the surface of the plate and will not drip.
