PC board is made of polycarbonate, which has quite good toughness, so it can do reverse cold bending to a great extent. But please note that the specific bending radius is calculated according to the size and thickness of the plate. If the sheet size is small or the thickness is thick, it is recommended to use the hot bending process.

The PC Hollow solar panel is flat without wave fluctuation and radian. However, the solar panel is made of polycarbonate and has good toughness, so it can be cold bent, just like a bow. The bending is very simple and flexible. During installation, it only needs to lay the solar panel along the radian of the skeleton and nail it to make the radian.

PC series material properties:

Light transmission: the suitable light rate is about 88%

Energy saving: low heat transfer coefficient (k value) and good heat insulation. The energy saving is about 1.5-1.7 times that of glass with the same thickness.

Light weight: about 1/2 of the same thickness of glass.

Cold bending: it can be cold bent, and the bending radius is more than 175 times of its plate thickness (endurance plate).

Wide temperature range: stable physical performance in the range of - 4O to 120.

Weather resistance: after 4000 hours of artificial climate aging test, the yellowing degree is 2, and the reduction value of light transmittance is about 0.6%.

Flame retardant: through the quality supervision and testing of fire-proof building materials, the burning performance of the company's sunshine board and endurance board has reached the fire-retardant B1 level.

Anti condensation: one side can be used for anti condensation treatment to prevent condensate from dripping.

UV layer: the plate surface is coated with UV anti purple * line to extend the service life of the plate.

Sound insulation: polycarbonate plate has good sound insulation performance and can reduce noise.

Impact resistance: the impact strength is about 300 times that of ordinary glass, about 30 times that of acrylic plate and about 2 times that of tempered glass.
